Dr Bethany Rossington
Meet Dr Rossington, GDC-registered Dental Surgeon, founder of Renavé Clinic, educator and speaker.
Dr Rossington graduated with distinction from the University of Leeds in 2016 before becoming a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. She went on to work across NHS practice, private dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery in a major trauma centre, gaining extensive experience in medicine, surgery and the complex anatomy of the face. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Medical Aesthetics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and education.
In 2021, Dr Rossington chose to dedicate her clinical practice exclusively to facial aesthetics, allowing her to focus entirely on delivering exceptional, evidence-based aesthetic care. She founded Renavé Clinic to create a calm, discreet environment where patients could access advanced non-surgical aesthetic and skin treatments with safety, expertise and natural-looking results at the forefront.
Drawing on extensive experience across dentistry, surgery and aesthetic medicine, Dr Rossington is recognised for her gentle approach, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to achieving noticeable yet beautifully natural outcomes. She continually invests in postgraduate education and advanced clinical training to ensure her patients benefit from the safest, most up-to-date techniques available.
Dr Rossington is passionate about raising the bar in aesthetic medicine through clinical excellence, education and evidence-based practice. Alongside treating patients, she trains and mentors fellow healthcare professionals, is a Galderma Faculty member and national trainer, serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for The Aesthetics Journal and regularly lectures at national conferences. She has published multiple scientific papers and textbook chapters, is Editor of the Oxford Handbook of Clinical Dentistry (7th Edition) and is a sought-after speaker on topics including aesthetics, regenerative medicine, leadership and professional development. She is also preparing to deliver an upcoming TEDx talk this October exploring leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.
In 2026, Dr Rossington was honoured with the coveted Rising Star of the Year award at the prestigious Aesthetics Awards, recognising her outstanding contribution to the profession and commitment to advancing standards within the industry.
